2. Website hosting

The website is hosted by helloly GmbH, Rainerstrasse 25, 4020 Linz, Austria. Your browser sends technical information, including your IP address and the requested resource, so that the server can deliver the website.

The intended legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in making the website available and protecting it against technical faults and misuse.

3. Email and telephone enquiries

If you contact us, we process the contact details and information you provide to understand and answer your enquiry. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, channel links, message and attachments. Email links open your mail application; no message is sent merely by clicking the link.

Email hosting is provided by helloly GmbH at the address above. For steps towards a contract with you at your request, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries and correspondence with an organisation's contact person, it is Article 6(1)(f), based on our interest in handling relevant communications.

Providing information is voluntary, but we need sufficient details to respond. Correspondence should be deleted once the enquiry has been resolved and follow-up is no longer necessary, unless a specific legal retention duty or the establishment, exercise or defence of a claim requires further storage.

Microsoft Outlook

We use the free version of Microsoft Outlook to read, send and organise email. Our mailbox is hosted by helloly. Where Outlook synchronises the account to Microsoft Cloud, copies of email content, attachments and associated mailbox data are processed by Microsoft in its data centres. This processing is separate from visiting this website.

Microsoft describes its processing, retention criteria, international data transfers and privacy contact options in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Depending on the service and configuration, processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Further information is available in Microsoft's explanation of cloud synchronisation.

4. Cookies, analytics and embedded content

The current website code does not set cookies or use local storage, visitor analytics, advertising pixels, contact forms, newsletters or embedded Twitch/YouTube players. Images and fonts are served locally or supplied by your device.

Links to external websites only take you to those services when you choose to follow them. Their operators then process data under their own policies.

5. Recipients and transfers

helloly processes website and email data as the service provider identified above. The site itself does not send browsing data to advertising or analytics services.

6. Your rights

Where the legal conditions apply, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability of your personal data. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent for the future.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. You can object to direct marketing at any time.

7. Automated decisions and changes
